In the event of damage or anomalies, do not attempt to repair the airbag yourself, do not use your airbag vest and contact our customer service department before using it.
Check the condition of the vest regularly: no perforations, full cartridge, cartridge screwed in as far as it will go, reset in accordance with specifications, etc.

In case of stains, moisten the area and gently rub the dirty area with a sponge and a clean cloth. Leave to dry on a hanger away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
Store the airbag vest in a clean place, away from moisture and sunlight. Do not leave the airbag vest in direct sunlight, under a windscreen or in a car.
To ensure the airbag vest functions properly :
Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
Do not use detergent.
Do not iron.

Freejump airbag :
50cc for size S and L child airbags;
60cc for size XXS regular fit, XS regular fit, XS slim fit, S regular fit, S slim fit, M regular fit, MT slim fit, and L regular fit airbags;
85cc for size L slim fit, XL regular fit, and XXL regular fit airbags.
Step 1 :
Unscrew the empty cartridge to remove it from the gas generator.
Step 2 :
Unscrew the cap from the gas generator using an Allen key until the indicator is at the top of the rail.
Step 3 :
Reposition the piston using the Allen key. VERY IMPORTANT: use the Allen key to move the piston back into position opposite the hole!
Step 4 :
Position the retaining clip. When inserting the ball, make sure you hear a ‘click’. VERY IMPORTANT: reinsert the ball into the piston correctly. Never reinsert the ball without first bringing the piston back to the hole!
Step 5 :
Screw the cap back onto the generator, first by hand. If you encounter resistance, do not force it and start the operation again. Check the indicator and finish screwing it back on with the Allen key.
Step 6 :
Make sure the new cartridge is brand new before screwing it into the gas generator.
